WHO WE ARE
Scouts BSA Troop 899 of Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach, SC​
In short, we are the Scouts BSA Troop in the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach, SC. We are an all-boys troop ranging from 11- 18 years of age.

What do we do?
Our goal is to help develop young men into good citizens by following the aims and methods of Scouting. As a group, our Troop participates in weekly meetings, monthly campouts, yearly summer camp, and youth-specific training activities.
When and Where?
Scouts BSA is a year-round program for 11-18-year-olds that provides fun, adventure, learning, challenge, and responsibility to help youth become the best versions of themselves. Troop 899 meets most Monday nights from 6:30 - 8:00 pm in the cafeteria at Ocean Bay Middle School located at 905 International Dr. Myrtle Beach, SC 29579. What are we working on now?
We spent all summer working on communication skills, team building and learning about one another. As we step into the Fall, it is time to put that new level of team mentality to the test as we prepare for the Chicora's Executive Challenge Camporee. This event will test our teamwork, communication skills and our Scout Skills.
